Client Relations Manager

We have a lot of happy customers who love our software and services. Your job is to keep it that way. You will be managing the on-boarding process of new customers and building long-lasting relationships with existing customers. You will be in charge of training and educating clients to ensure they are receiving the most value out of their product(s) and are sharing their success stories with colleagues.

As the primary point of contact for our clients you will need to be professional at all times, respond quickly to requests, and contact referrals. It is also important for you to closely listen to the needs of each customer so you can present ideas for future product innovation to senior management. You will need to be organized and work efficiently to ensure you are connecting with all of our clients, and not just the ones that are reaching out to you.

A successful CMT Client Relations Manager will go above and beyond the expected to make sure the customer is having the best possible experience using our software.

The position will require limited travel within the United States.

Here’s what we’ll need from you, brass tacks and all:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or significant experience in the client relations field.
  • Working computer knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in front of groups.
  • Time management.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage large client loads.
  • The ability to problem solve and think on the fly.
  • A quick learner and self-starter.

It would also be pretty cool, though not absolutely necessary for you you to have:

  • Experience in healthcare (it’s helpful to understand the lingo).
  • A clinical background.
  • A basic understanding of HTML and/or other computer languages.

In case you were wondering, you should plan on:

  • Receiving our sweet benefits package.
  • Being a full-time employee.

Jr. Developer

Do you love code? Do you love playing in a sandbox where the Tonka Trucks are company provided? Then this position is for you.

At CMT we value people who make technology a way of life and who push the boundaries on what’s over the horizon. People who are interested in making our products better by channeling their passion into our environment are what we’re looking for. Our customers entrust their mission-critical business with the metaphorical sandcastle(s) that you build, maintain, and even sometimes have to rip down because there’s a better way to build it. We’re looking for Developers who are just as proficient at taking out zombies on our office PlayStation as they are at contributing to a great enterprise development team.

Is a particular part of our product a bit too creaky for your liking? Maybe you found an awesome new way of pushing our turnaround times to new records. Let’s look at it! Technology is our lifeblood and we want it to be yours as well. If you are a tinkerer by night and live to breath code by day, let’s talk.

Think you have the skills to play with us? Show us what you can do in our programming test here.

We don’t let just anyone into our sandbox:

  • CS or Technical degree preferred, or enough quality portfolio items that you’ve earned a paperless degree.
  • Experience with JBoss, Tomcat, and Apache (all on Linux).
  • Java (Struts and Servlets), Python, Jython, and related environment tooling.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies like JS/jQuery, CSS and friends.
  • Demonstrated passion for software, computer science, and gaming (we need more gamers in the office!).

How to catch our eye?:

  • Understanding and/or experience with continuous integration and deployment systems such as Jenkins or TeamCity.
  • Security training for any or all parts of the infrastructure (network to software to end user).
  • You just wired a Raspberry Pi to your car and got 200 more miles to the gallon (we love new tech and new ideas!).
  • If there’s a picture of you holding a big check for winning your local gaming contest (we’re not joking, we need more gamers).

In case you were wondering…here are some things you should plan on:

  • Earning a competitive base salary, bonus, and vesting equity.
  • Receiving our sweet benefits package.
  • Being a full-time employee.
